Hey guys, been missing in action, graduating this year, and ready to steer directions. I hope you all find yourself well, happy and healthy. Just wanted to add my reflection to how much potential everyone has. Youth now more than ever, can empower and influence those around them. Wether it be taking your love for music, activism, drawing, whatever medium it may be, Go For It! Do It Yourself, and Do Inspire Yourself each day. I am very amazed at what young people do. Recently turning heads is OFWGKTA collective, I honestly have not sit down to listen to all their works, but nothing is more inspiring then the way Tyler The Creator thinks, to me he is already a proactive leader, am not sure if he even realizes, how in many ways he’s becoming like Pharrell, by advocating for people to really go hard for their dreams. I feel I have held back in saying much, as I am not a “music critic” nor do I aspire to be one, but more of a medium to share anything that I’ve been inspired by. Am really interested in how people think, and live their life and how they create meaning to it. For this post I just wanted to pause my busy schedule, and share a class, that touched me in many ways. These group of students wanted to take charge of their education, and spoke out, and did it, and ended doing a cool project as a class. Anyways, may sound cheesy, corny, or in between, but I can’t dismiss the empathetic nature that I’ve had since I was young. It’s just who I am, be you.
